OVERVIEW

The mixing tank shall be fabricated, tested for pressure and accepted according to Technical Specifications for Steel Pressure Vessel, and the tank body is of head sealing structure. The head is made under hydraulic spinning, and arc gas welding is applied. In order to ensure the tank quality, the welding wire shall be made of SUS316L, and internal and external welding joints and points are of uniform “fish-scale” type, and stainless steel austenite structure is protected at the welding joints, and small part of which undergoes electric arc welding. High-quality Tisco steel or Bao steel board is used according to design requirements, and the tank body and parts in contact with fluid media are made of SUS316L, with a thickness up to design requirements, tank working pressure of 0.3MPa and internal surface polishing of Ra0.4um. All other parts are made of SUS304, and the external surface undergoes matte /mirror finishing. All pressure tanks shall be designed, fabricated and tested according to GB150-98 Welded Steel Pressure Vessel, and the atmospheric tank shall be designed, manufactured and tested according to JB/T4735-97 Welded Steel Atmospheric Tank and Good Manufacture Practice of Medical Products (1998 revision). Process requirements of cylinder wall thickness on internal cylinder wall levelness shall be fully considered during design so as to select a rational wall thickness and perform strength check on wall thickness. Structure and pipe orifice design fully conforms to GMP requirements for the purpose of easy cleaning without dead angle and residual liquid. It is equipped with corresponding settling tank, hot water tank, explosion-proof sanitary pump, instrument, rupture disc, tube sheet heat exchanger, weighing system and micro-porous membrane filter so as to meet use purposes and requirements of required dispensing equipment system./p>
