OVERVIEW

The multiple effect water distributor mainly consists of 6 shell and tube falling-film evaporators, which are internationally provided with special steam and water separation devices, 6 shell and tube two-way raw material water channel preheaters, 2 raw material water four-way channel condensers and 2 split frames. 6 evaporators are arranged into a back row, and 6 preheaters are arranged into a front row. Two condensers are vertically arranged at the top of the preheater in the horizontal direction so that the entire arrangement is rational, orderly and aesthetic.

As for working principles, parallel-flow falling-film type multi-effect evaporation process is applied. According to the working pressure difference between evaporators with various effects so that energy is reduced for 7 times for the ideal effects of energy steam saving and water purification without cooling water. On the other hand, each evaporator is provided with gravity settling, spiral turbulent flow and high-efficiency screen three-level fog separator so that distilled water to be produced has a better quality and has endotoxin content less than 0.125EU/mL.
