Key points of purified water distribution system

• In the purified water distribution system, purified water is a sanitary material, and the storage, distribution and conveying system shall be designed and constructed according to standards for sanitary products.
• The pump, valve, pipeline and pipeline joint parts of the purified water distribution system to be used during the entire purified water storage and conveying system shall be of sanitary type, and plug-in quick-opening connection is applied. The purified water distribution system shall not have any dead angle and water accumulated area.
• Purified water shall be reused, and the loop should not be provided with intermediate tank so as to avoid microbial breeding. If it is necessary to heat or cool down purified water during use, the double tubesheet heat exchanger should be used, and shall be installed near the service point whenever possible.
• In order to avoid microbial breeding on the surface of the purified water tank, pipeline and filter membrane, the purified water conveying and distribution system shall be provided with ozone generator and ultraviolet disinfection device for digesting and monitoring purified water so that purified water meets GMP requirements during distribution and conveying.
• The purified water distribution and conveying system shall be additionally provided with steam and water mixer so as to evenly mix ozone generated by the ozone (O3) generator with purified water in the mixer, achieve cycle operation in the distribution system and digest purified water by using ozone (O3). Trace ozone (O3) soluble in purified water can digest internal walls, valves, pipeline joint parts and others during cycle operation, and can effectively avoid microbial breeding in the system.
