Working principle of pure steam generator

Raw material water is pumped into the one side where the decontamination cylinder and heat exchanger are located via feed pump, and the liquid level is controlled by the level gauge. After industrial steam or heating water enters into the heat exchanger, raw material water is heated to the evaporation temperature and forms a strong heat cycle in two cylinders. Pure steam will be generated in the evaporator (decontamination cylinder). Low-speed steam and cylinder will remove any possible impure water droplets under gravity. The opening of the industrial steam inlet value is adjusted by one pneumatic valve, and pure steam pressure can be constantly kept at a pressure set by the user with a range of 0-3bar. Structure characteristics The pure steam generator consists of two cylinders which are connected in series: Double-shell seamless tube sanitary exchanger The equipment is totally made of AISI 316L stainless steel, and the working surface of cylinder and exchange is subject to pickling & passivation according to standard procedures. Pharmaceutical grade Toflon washer is used. All components are mounted on the solid stainless steel support, and is easily dismounted and assembled. Mineral wool is used for insulation, and the surface is covered with AISI304 stainless steel protective layer with the section polished.

The pure steam generator is currently applied in one of sterilization cabinet, biological reactor (tank equipment), pipeline system (online sterilization), filter and other key equipment. The pure steam generator conforms to requirements for water for injection in current United States Pharmacopeia, European Pharmacopeia, Japanese Pharmacopeia and Chinese Pharmacopeia. The pure steam generator shall be designed and fabricated in strict accordance with pressure vessel specifications. The pure steam generator can be used for process and production lines in the food, pharmacy, bio-genetic engineering and other industries.
