OVERVIEW

The softening system may be designed into serial connection and parallel connection according to design requirements, and the tank is made of 304 stainless steel. The internal surface is provided with rubber liner (resistance to hot water and digestion), and sodium-cation exchange resin is filled inside so as to exchange Ca2+ and Mg2+ in water with Na+ in the resin and soften water, thus avoid salt formation by ion and membrane surface scaling in the equipment having membrane permeation in later stages. The system is capable of automatic control according to design requirements and water regeneration by automatic alternative operation of two softeners (one for use and one for standby) with a water hardness equal to or less than 1.5ppm, up to standards for future use of equipment and terminals.
