OVERVIEW

The vertical insulation and heating tank shall be designed and fabricated in strict accordance with General Provisions of Good Manufacture Practice of Medical Products (GMP), and shall be fabricated and accepted according to the Steel Pressure Vessel and Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels.

• Imported 316L or 304 is selected as the tank liner. The internal surface is subject to mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.28 ì m), while the enteral surface is subject to satin polishing, mirror, sandblasting or cold rolled primary-color satin polishing. The interface is of internationally universal quick-loading chuck type.
• The pipe orifice is provided with level gauge (capacitance type, contactless ultrasonic or glass tube type), air breathing hole, thermometer (digital or dial type), CIP access opening, sight glass, explosion-proof emergency light, SIP sterilization opening, liquid inlet and outlet and manhole, etc.
• The volume shall be designed and set according to the customer’s demands.
• Verification data accompanied with the equipment (including material report and verification sheet).
